Please read these before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to them.
Payment
All services are paid in full when you book. There are no deposits. Payments are non-refundable.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Life happens. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your payment moves to a new date of your choice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are not rescheduled and are not refunded.
Running late
There is a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, your appointment is cancelled so the next client isn't kept waiting, and the payment is not refunded or moved.
Reminders
You'll get a reminder 24 hours before and 1 hour before your appointment.

By appointment only, at 2520 Sardis Rd N, Suite 234, Charlotte, NC 28227 (inside the Lip N Pour studio). Open dates and times are shown when you book. Open parking is available.
